Dr. Udoh holds a Master Degree in Geographic Information System with a sound research interest in GIS applications in Oil Spill and Environmental Management in Niger Delta of Nigeria / Gulf of Guinea. Currently, he is undertaking a research on Oil Spill Risk Assessment in the South-East Coast of Nigeria Using GIS and Remote Sensing Techniques. Being a GIS specialist, he is conversant with GIS Software packages such as ArcView/Arcmap and Iiwis. He has equally published in several learn International Journals, and has applied the GIS knowledge in the analysis of Urban Encroachment into Agricultural Land in Uyo in Akwa Ibom State. He has also highlighted the need to use Integrated Environmental Information System for the management of the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
