Rev. Dr. David Eni is a man of rare combination of academic, politics, environmental services and a pastoral ministry in Presbyterian Church. Being a University Don, he has not only published articles in both local and international journals but has written several books in Geography and Environmental Science. Dr. David Eni has not only promoted consultancy services for community development but has participated in a lot of Environmental Impact Assessment studies, among them include the following:

  • Environmental Impact Assessment of 564MW Calabar Power State for Federal Ministry of Power and Steel, National Integrated Power Project (NIPP, 2006). He served as team leader during the studies.
  • Environmental Impact Assessment for Itigidi irrigation/Drainage/Flood Control Project in Abi Local Government Area, Cross River State. Commissioned by the Cross-River Basin Development Authority (CRBDA) Calabar, Nigeria, 2006.
  • Environmental Impact Assessment of Ijegu-Yala Dam and Irrigation/Drainage/Flood Control Project located at Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. Commissioned by Cross River Basin Development Authority (CRBDA) Nigeria, 2003
